Jim has worked extensively within both the private and public sectors, including retail and local government. For over 12 years, he has worked with many organisations developing new, cost effective solutions ranging from induction through to management development programmes and is a fully approved trainer for the Institute of Leadership & Management (I.L.M).

 

Jim has multiple experience in the training field, ranging from Training needs analysis, developing and delivery of training, including evaluation as well as on line training solutions, mentoring and coaching.

Jim lives with his partner in Essex, and in his spare time Jim plays guitar. He is passionate about classic sports cars, having owned several MG’s and Triumphs over the years.
